By placing an order with Midnight Cloak, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

Midnight Cloak is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Holiday & Supplier Delays
During peak seasons and international holidays — including Chinese New Year — supplier processing times may be extended.
Orders placed during these periods may experience additional handling or dispatch delays beyond the standard processing timeframe.
These seasonal delays are temporary and outside of our direct control.
Shipping Coverage & Remote Areas
We ship to most international destinations.
However, we do not ship to certain remote, restricted, rural, or high-risk areas as determined by our fulfillment partners and carriers.
If an address is flagged as:

Inaccessible to carriers

Restricted due to customs or local regulations
We reserve the right to:

Midnight Cloak is not liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unsupported or restricted delivery locations.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:

Delivery failures caused by inaccurate details
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & International Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Midnight Cloak is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Midnight Cloak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any investigation regarding delivery disputes.

Delivery Confirmation & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Midnight Cloak, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout constitutes valid proof of fulfillment.

Midnight Cloak fulfills its obligation once the order has been transferred to the carrier and delivery confirmation is recorded.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Midnight Cloak reserves the right to submit:

Delivery verification records

Order confirmation details

Customer agreement to store policies
as evidence of successful fulfillment to the relevant payment processor or financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks or false delivery claims may be disputed to the fullest extent permitted.
